New Year with Emmalee Grace 2011

A new day, a new year for the Contreras family. After a long night with close family members Emmalee woke up this morning with eyes wide open sharing with us her new found noise. Emmalee pounds her pillow like a bongo to a rythmic beat which anounces two things to us. One is the I am here and want attention and two I am soothing myself to go to sleep. It is a long swing of the arm with her on her side with "chupo" (pacifier) in mouth that moves side to side briskly until she grooves herself to sleep or some one picks her up.
Thankfully, we are all here today as family warming up close to one another embracing each other and thanking God for another year. We pray that God may bless you all with health, love peace and joy from up above.
